Our Contingency Search service eliminate your risk of making a hire. You don’t pay us anything unless we find the candidate you decide to hire. This type of search is 100% “back end” loaded. Therefore, regardless of the number of qualified candidates presented, if none are ultimately hired, we earn nothing.
To start the search process, a PathFinder Recruiting specialist will gather relevant information from the client in order to determine candidate minimum and desired qualifications. A job description based on our clients unique hiring needs is developed by the recruiter and approved by the client before the search begins. Once a job description has been formulated, we will use the following methods to identify qualified candidates for the clients review:
- Cold call into similar and competitor companies.
- Mine the PathFinder Staffing proprietary database of over 60,000 industry professionals.
- Advertise openings to various job boards, associations and industry groups.
Once candidates have been identified, they are screened against our client criteria for best fit and presented to the client along with their salary history and requirements and their reason for leaving their current and previous employers. Once the candidate has been accepted by the client and there is further interest, we will complete a detailed profile that includes references from previous hiring managers, employment history, technical proficiency profile (based on client requirements) career progression and additional reference checks from prior co-workers.
